Santa VIP Experience

A limited number of tickets will be available for this exclusive, VIP Experience with Santa, available by advance sale only. Families will be treated to early bird parking, a meet and greet with Santa, story time, a holiday sing-along, craft making, and cookies and hot chocolate. The program takes place from 3:30-4:15 pm. Participating families may then experience the rest of the Gardens Aglow event.
This program takes place inside the J.K. Lilly III Automobile Gallery and in the Heald Center (located inside the Automobile Gallery) and program tickets include admission to Gardens Aglow.
Program fees fund Heritage’s mission to inspire people of all ages to explore, discover, and learn together. Thank you for your support. Program Registration Fee: $50 per person ages 3 and over, Children 2 and under: Free*
(*Note that it is required to register for tickets for children 2 and under even though there is no charge for the tickets in order to provide an accurate count of event attendance.)

Ticketing Information
All tickets for the Santa VIP Experience must be purchased in advance. No walk-up tickets are available. Attendance is limited for this special event to provide a safe, high-quality experience for all, and we expect tickets to sell out quickly. Tickets are non-refundable, and are only valid for the date for which they are purchased.
The Santa VIP Experience and Gardens Aglow and take place in all weather conditions, including rain or snow. Heritage will only cancel the Santa VIP Experience program or Gardens Aglow if a major weather event presents a risk to safety. If Heritage must cancel the Santa VIP Experience or Gardens Aglow due to severe weather or other emergency, all ticket holders will be notified via email and will be automatically refunded. We regret that dates canceled due to severe weather or other emergency are not able to be rescheduled.

Please plan to arrive between 3:15-3:45 pm for this program, and have your paper tickets or e-tickets on your mobile device available upon arrival.
Gardens Aglow Event Information
Gardens Aglow is an event that has become a treasured holiday tradition. The experience features beautiful light displays throughout the gardens, festive seasonal décor, and fun activities for all. Stroll the gardens with family and friends, and enjoy Heritage in a whole new light!
Please note that specific event elements are subject to change without notice as weather or public safety demands. At this time, the event is planned to include:
- The J.K. Lilly III Automobile Gallery, featuring:
- An exhibit of Heritage’s antique and classic car collection
- Visits with Santa in a 1913 Ford Model T
- The American Art & Carousel Gallery, featuring:
- An exhibit of winter-themed Currier & Ives prints and other objects from Heritage’s collection
- Rides on the 1908 Looff carousel
- Lighted gardens and outdoor features, including:
- The McGraw Family Garden of the Senses
- The Old East Mill
- The Flume Field
- The Hydrangea Gardens (Cape Cod Hydrangea Society Display Garden and North American Hydrangea Test Garden)
- The Wing House lawn
- The Labyrinth
- The Parade Field
- Outdoor activities, including:
- Reindeer Scavenger Hunt
- Marshmallow roasting at the fire pits
- Outdoor G-scale model train display, featuring bridges made of natural materials (operation weather dependent)
- Fun photo opportunities at the Outdoor Stage, Rhodie Grove, and more
- The Polar PlaySpace at the Parade Field, featuring:
- Cape Cod Donuts food truck with seating
- Warming area
- Lawn games
- Imagination Playground giant building blocks
- Piped holiday music throughout the grounds
- The Shop at Heritage, featuring unique holiday gifts, festive attire, and more
- Lilly’s Café offering holiday treats, light meals, snacks, and hot and cold drinks (including adult beverages)
